Avv. Emanuela Danelli

Born in Lecco in 1975. She graduated with honors in Law from the Università dell’Insubria (University of Insubria) in 1999; she is a member of the Milan Bar and she is qualified to plead in the higher courts.

She started practicing in the criminal law domain at the Firm in 1999, collaborating with Avv. Prof. Francesco Mucciarelli and focusing her practice especially on criminal law in matters of negligent offences (within the framework of industrial safety and professional liability), crimes against property and criminal tax law – in court and out of court. She has handled a case of negligent disaster in connection with railway transport.

She has also gained experience in trade fraud matters, working for companies operating in the seed and plant protection products sectors.
